Dog Urine Removers

Your dog is probably king or queen of your own little universe. Let’s face it, dogs like to own people, not the other way around. But if you’ve got a dog that tends to go to the bathroom in the house, you’re going to need to invest in some dog urine removes right away. Its important to do so, so that you can keep the dog smell out of your house, and also so your dog won’t continue to go in the same place each day.

The first batch of dog urine removers are natural things, which is good for you if you are concerned about using too many chemicals. However, many of these don’t work as well as the chemicals do, so keep this in mind while you give them a try. There are lots of things that you can use to get rid of that puppy smell, and that’s going to be a good thing. Try the natural ones first.

Natural dog and pet urine removers include lemon juice, which is a neutralizer. This usually works well, but it can be hard to get enough of it to actually work, if you’ve got a bigger spot to worry about. It’s best to put lemon juice into your carpet cleaner for added protection against repeat sprayings. Next, you might want to try vinegar. This actually removes the urine smell, and the urine itself, but does have a distinctive odor of its own. However, vinegar works well for some dogs in that it actually confuses their noses, and makes them less likely to go somewhere that’s been cleaned with vinegar. As a last resort, you can go with bleach. Bleach will get rid of the dog urine, and the smell, but you’ve obviously got to be careful where you use it and what you use it on. You want to be sure that you don’t damage anything with the bleach.

If these things don’t work for you, you want to turn to dog urine removers that you can find in the store. Be sure that you get products that are specially formulated for dog urine, because this will mean that they’ve been tested on dogs. There are lots of good products to try, so go ahead and see what works for you.

Remember, however, that the best way to get rid of urine is to change the behavior of the dog. Don’t leave him alone in rooms where he’s prone to going to the bathroom, and try to be sure that he gets outside often enough. Changing his behaviors is proven to be the best dog urine remover because behaviors are what leads him to go in the house in the first place.
